Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of pb-3.com and to any order you place with PB-3. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them.

Who we are

PB-3 is a run-club lifestyle apparel brand based in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at Club@pb-3.com.

Our products are made to order

PB-3 releases apparel in finite runs we call Chapters. Pieces are produced to order rather than held as stock. This means production time is required before dispatch, and that a Chapter can close permanently once its run is complete. Production and delivery timeframes are shown on the relevant product page and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region. Our base currency is Australian dollars (AUD). Your payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees we do not control. Any import duties or taxes that apply to your order are set out at checkout.

Descriptions

We describe our garments as accurately as we can, including fabric and weight. Colours may vary slightly between screens and finished garments. We do not make performance claims our garments cannot support — our pieces are cotton apparel, not technical race equipment.

Your consumer rights

If you are in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Refund Policy for how we handle faults, returns and remedies. If you are outside Australia, you may have equivalent rights under your local law.

Intellectual property

The PB-3 name, marks, designs, artwork, photography and site content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse this site — no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.

Accounts and communications

If you create an account or join our mailing list, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your login secure. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies.
